You are at the table. You have not signed. This page exists to fix exactly one of those things, and it is not the table.
Brad has been at the table, unsigned, for 0s.
One decision, two numbers, nothing in between. Colton has listened to literally thousands of business owners describe their businesses, which is either 10,000 hours of expertise or the world's longest cautionary tale. Either way, he did the reading so you get the summary.
Everything below is real, plainly said, and footnoted by the Legal section. This is the stuff the thousands of business owners were talking about while Colton nodded.
Knows business by exposure: thousands of owners, thousands of stories, one very absorbent memory. Builds fast. Owns the robot.
At the table. Unsigned. Protected by the protocol above whether he picks 1 or 49. The people's choice.
Colton is sourcing the summer camp archives. Photos and, reportedly, videos exist. This box will hold them by tonight, at which point this section becomes the strongest argument on the page.
You are not the first friend to receive a website this morning. At 10:00 AM, Marty got one: martypleasebemybusinesspartner.com. His 55% offer has been shrinking every second since, and it hits its floor at 5:00 PM today.
His deal gets worse while he waits. Yours just waits. Somebody in this friend group is getting the white-glove treatment.
This page is being upgraded while you are both literally on the phone. New sections keep arriving. The changelog is the proof.
The 2:00 PM lawyer call became a section: four questions going to an actual attorney today, with expected answers on the record so the attorney can grade them. This page now has homework due tonight.
The Marty precedent: Brad's page now shows Marty's actual live offer, computed to the second, falling next to Brad's two steady lanes. Also filed while both parties were still on the call. The real domain, isthisabusiness.ai, was wired in the background: Cloudflare zone, records, custom domains, and the GoDaddy nameserver flip, all during this changelog entry.
Prototype live: the two lanes, the decider that refuses the middle, seven business words decoded, the interactive Brad Protection Protocol with a contribution field that talks back, party tiles, the reserved photo box. Built while Colton and Brad were on the call that commissioned it.
This is not hypothetical: Colton talks to an actual attorney at 2:00 PM today, and the Brad Protection Protocol above goes into that call as the spec. Questions already on the list:
The attorney's real answers come back to this page tonight. Watch the changelog: this section gets graded.
This website is a joke between friends, and it is not a contract, an offer, a solicitation, or a security. Nothing here binds Brad, Colton, or the company that does not exist yet. The protections described are real features of real LLC paperwork, but nothing counts until an actual attorney drafts an actual operating agreement and both names go on it the boring way. The checklist is a promise list, not a legal document: it is what the real paperwork will be required to say before anyone signs.
